New structure of the application

We have been reviewing the process of filling forms on the app and have made some changes that he think will help.

We have provided a way of managing forms, directly from the main app’s list.

To make life easier, you will have one list composed from every frequent form and events that you are able to start on the left and your previous responses will be on the right.

You should not need to go to the second screen, as you can now also click on the frequent form and continue with an existing response that has not been completed.

We hope that this will be more efficient and make usage of the app easier for you.
