New component Date and time

NestForms offers a new component in the form builder, which will allow you to to add
Time and date fields in your app forms on either your iPhone or Android device.
This component will be a lot more useful than standard text field, when you need to record the date when filling your event and will also enable you to generate reports based on date fields entered if required.
The uses for this can include, DOB, Date of interview, Date of incident etc.
