NestForms has introduced Audio Guidance, a new feature that allows administrators to attach pre-recorded audio clips to individual form questions. This provides clear, spoken instructions to responders in the field — making it easier for tool-box talks in safety meetings or completing forms with more detailed instructions, especially in hands-busy environments.
When building or editing a form, simply tap the three-dot menu on most components and choose Add Audio to the question. From there, you can upload or select audio clips from the Audio Files Gallery, linking them directly to specific questions. This is particularly helpful for teams that appreciate spoken guidance when completing a task or when multilingual support is needed.
Currently available for iOS (Apple) devices only, Audio Guidance improves usability and ensures responders get real-time clarification without the need to scroll through written instructions. Android support is under review and will be added to our development schedule based on feedback.
