2024 has been an exciting year for NestForms, and it’s all thanks to you—our valued clients. This year, we worked hard to enhance your experience by introducing new features and refining existing ones. • Added new templates such as a Work Completion Report, New Build Snagging List, and various Installation forms.
• Enhanced navigation on the Form Builder and allowing Clone templates for non registered web visitors.
• Response Chaining and form linking.
• Using Public forms without requiring user login.
• Tailoring your Website forms response appearance.
• Graphic ratings scales.
• Customising the NestForms dashboard.
• Instant form updates to Responders devices.
• Using HTML tags within the Note component.
• Pre-populated form items.
• Generating QR codes directly from within a Custom DB table, linking to public forms, downloading the apps from stores.
• Optimising the introduction process for new clients.
• Added the ChatGPT Suggestions widget that is now available within the form builder.
• Updated the Other menu tab to include the option to add your own custom links.
• On the Responses page - display the section summary beside the opened response.
• Implementing a new websocket technology for exports to give instant updates.
• Ability to export Multirow Excel exports to Microsoft OneDrive and SharePoint.
• Trigger to Dropbox now supporting PDFs, Excel and Word documents.
• Enhance Relations management - Allow the user to be assigned in multiple groups.
• Enhance the user experience on mobile phones - Responsivity.
• Multiple level Custom DB.
• Our Bug Bounty program has allowed us to resolve many reported bugs from our international Bug Bounty supporters which is constantly improving and increasing our platform security.
• Enhanced durability of the platform using better automated testing systems - phpstan, cypress and monitoring error using log viewer.
• Fulfilled over 500 tasks within 5500 changes committed to code.

We’re excited to share some of our upcoming plans for the new year. Our goal is to continue enhancing NestForms to meet your needs and exceed your expectations. In 2025, you can expect:

A new “Sketch” component where you will be able to draw into a blank image.

A new component document which will allow you to upload PDFs, DOC, XLS and other document formats as part of the response.

We are also preparing an AI chatbot that will be able to give instant answers to your questions using the  NestForms knowledge base.
