You can sign in to the NestForms mobile app directly from your Profile page using a secure QR code. This makes it quicker to connect your device without manually entering your login details.

QR Code - link your device

  1. Open your Linked Devices
    Log in to your NestForms account on the website and open your Profile page and click to Linked Devices.
  2. Choose your device type
    You will see two options:
  • Login to iOS App
  • Login to Android App

Click the button that matches your device.

  1. Scan the QR code
    A popup window will appear with a QR code.

Use your phone camera to scan the code and open the link on your device.

  1. Confirm the login code
    A code will appear on your mobile device.

Check that this matches the code shown on the website.

If it matches, click Approve on the website.

  1. Open the app
    Once approved, the NestForms app will open automatically on your device.

A confirmation popup will appear on the website.

Linked Devices also supports direct login to the Nestforms app when the user is already signed in on their mobile device within the browser.

In the iOS QR Code popup, you will see the button to direct login. Link will open the NestForms app directly and will log you in.

This makes it even quicker to move between the website and the mobile app.

Linked Devices also supports direct login to the NestForms when you are already signed in to your NestForms account in your mobile browser.

In the iOS QR Code popup, you will see a Direct Login button. Tap this button to open the NestForms app directly and log in automatically.

This provides a quicker way to move between the website and the mobile app without needing to scan a QR code.

  • This feature works for both iOS and Android devices.
  • Your mobile device must have the NestForms app installed before linking.
  • The code approval step adds an extra layer of security before access is granted.
