There is an option available that will allow you to filter your responses in reports based on whether you received answers to certain questions or whether they remain unanswered.
There are three options available to you within this filter.
You also have the facility to ignore deleted fields that you may have removed from your form, even though you received answers in between the time the question was created and then removed.
Show unused fields #
This will allow you to see all fields even if they were not answered during your survey responses. They will display as “-- no answer --”. These fields will also appear when you export your data.
Hide unused fields #
Hiding unused fields removes the need to view any fields not answered during your survey responses. They will also not appear when you export your data.
Show deleted fields #
The option to view all fields removed from your form in the form builder after a respondent had provided answers, These fields will also appear when you export your data. This option appear in menu only if the form has any deleted question.

This hides all fields removed from your form even after a respondent had provided answers. They will also not appear when you export your data. This option appear in menu only if the form has any deleted question.
How to edit an already received response #
If you have received a response from your colleagues, which might be incomplete or contains typos, you might need to edit this before you approve the whole response.
To do this, mouseover Form actions and click to Show edit options. Then just open the response you need to edit, and you will see a small pencil icon when you mouseover the answer. Click to the pencil, edit the answer as required and save.
