If you’re the main account holder and want to temporarily or permanently pass admin control to a colleague, the Trusted Administrators feature makes this easy.
Unlike Administrator Form Share, which lets you assign access to specific forms, Trusted Administrators gives your colleague full or broader account-level control — including access to features like creating forms, updating Custom DB, Triggers, and user management. It's a full handover, not just limited form permissions.
Follow the steps below to assign permissions, choose an expiration date, and securely share access with another team member.
- Go to your profile page.
- Click on the Trusted Administrators at the top of the screen.
- Choose the relations with which you want to share administrator access rights.
- Choose the level of permissions from the dropdown (full or partial).
- If required you can set an expiration date using the calendar provided.
Once added, your chosen colleague can immediately log in with the permissions you’ve assigned.
Permission Levels #
- Forms & Responses: Allows your colleague to create, edit and delete all forms and responses.
- Forms & Responses & Relations: Allows your colleague to create, edit and delete all forms and responses. And also invite new Relations on your behalf.
- Full permissions: Allows your colleague to create, edit and delete all forms and responses. And also invite new Relations on your behalf. Then also create triggers, manage Custom DB, and update your profile (excluding the username, email and password).
